The No Planet B club joined the School Strikes for climate on Friday 20th September 2019, along with nearly 25,000 school strikers.
The atmosphere was amazing. We had a strong message for our Government.
"Hello Government, Are you listening?"
We set off to Dublin again for the second Climate Action Strike. This time we brought "Earthy", the giant planet we made at Dross Evolution. He has a big plaster, a sign that says help me and he sits in a bin. Our message is obvious! He got to go in the front seat of the car, on the Luas, walk through Dublin (he's on wheels) and he also stayed for all the strikers presentations on the stage outside the Dail. He must have felt good, listening to the students talk about trying to save our precious planet.
The No Planet B club joined the global school strikes for climate action on Friday 15th March 2019 at Dáil Éireann. We got our banners made, our chants ready, hired a bus and set off to Dublin for our first school strikes. We recommend you go. It was an inspiring day.
